If you’re considering working with us, you’ll want to know who we are and what we’ve done, so here goes.
Martyn is amongst the most highly qualified and experienced directors you’ll meet. He is an IoD Certified Director, holds a coveted Diploma in Business Direction as well as a Professional Certificate in Management and is a full member of the Institute of Directors.
His work experience is extensive, having worked in and with companies of all sizes from regulated FTSE100 giants such as United Utilities and Electricity North West to ambitious, fast growing SMEs as well as charities, educational establishments, and professional bodies.
Unlike some others he has actually “been there, done that and got the T-shirt” so has a really good understanding of the challenges you face at the top of your organisation.
His extensive experience means that he has picked up a lot of knowledge about a wide range of business aspects, but his true specialisms are Leadership, Governance and Strategy.
His “can do” attitude and enthusiasm are infectious. His clients love him and so will you.

Martyn is highly experienced and practical but doesn’t know everything - nobody does – and so calls on a very carefully selected group of trusted experts when you need help with something that is outside of his own area of expertise.
