Martyn is a Chartered Director (1), and an experienced Chair, Non-Executive Director and Independent Board Adviser.

His informal style, strategic focus, analytical approach, natural curiosity, willingness to question and ability to simplify complexity makes him an ideal choice for serving on Boards.

He has a proven talent for supporting and helping others utilise their strengths on the Boards and Management teams he serves, and his excellent knowledge of good Governance practice is a valuable asset for any Board.

He currently chairs the Board of a long-established professional services business as well as his family property company and is Director of Business and Academies for the Lancashire Creative Commonwealth Association .
